We offer a number of services for end of life care. Death and dying are often taboo subjects surrounded by mystery, and it can be challenging to find clear, accurate, sensitive and compassionate advice and support when navigating this significant transition. We have decades of professional experience walking alongside people as they approach the end of life and we welcome people with life-limiting illness anytime from diagnosis, as well as support people/family caregivers, paid and unpaid carers, non-clinical staff and health professionals seeking support, education, counselling, tailored advice and insight.
